  • Cancellation and time changes require a minimum of 3 hour notice.

  • If cancelled with in the 3 hour window, we charge the base fare.

  • Due to liability issues our driver are not able to install safety seats.

  • Yes, of course! The telephones are staffed 24/7 365 days a year.

  • We’ll send an onsite notification once your vehicle has arrived.

  • No vehicle is older than 5 years and meet the consumer department standards.

  • Cars are parked on the intersection of Roosevelt and Indiana but maybe moved due to city regulations.

  • Cars are parked one block north of Madison at the intersection of Damen and Warren.

  • All our drivers our insured and meet or exceed the City of Chicago mandated regulations.

  • A 10 min grace period is given from the time of the pickup before wait time charges start.

  • Yes, based on the location of the stop.

  • We prefer 24 hour notification but we do accept on demand service based on availability.
