What’s the value of a flat rate?
A flat rate is awn all-inclusive price. So regardless of weather, time of day, or traffic the customer knows exactly the rate they will pay.

All our rate include taxes and tolls. gratuity is encouraged.

What if I need to cancel my order?
Cancelation and time changes require a minimum of 2 hour notice.
Is there a cancellation fee?
If canceled with in the 2 hour window, we charge the base fare.
Can your drivers install child safety seats?
Due to liability issues our driver are not able to install safety seats.
Yes, for a fee of only $20 each way, the driver will bring YOUR child seat to our secure office, where we will cover and store it. When we send a driver to pick you up at the airport, he will have YOUR child seat with him.

We’ll send an onsite notification once your vehicle has arrived.
How old are your vehicles?
No vehicle is older than 5 years and meet the consumer dept standards.

Cars are parked on the intersection of Roosevelt and Indiana but maybe moved due to city regulations.
Where is your pick up location at the United Center?
cars are parked one block north of madison at the intersection of Damen and Warren.
Are all of your drivers insured?
All our drivers our insured and meet or exceed the city of chicago mandated regulations.
Are there ever any extra charges (early morning, late night, inclement weather, etc.)?
You never have to splurge, our prices are fixed rates.
What if I am not quite ready when the driver arrives?
A 10 min grace period is given from the time of the pickup before wait time starts.
Is there an additional fee for stops?
Yes, based on the location of the stop.
How much time in advance do you need to place a reservation?
We prefer 24hour notification but we do accept on demand service based on availability.
